Simple Syrups

Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup

  • 8 oz Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Cups Boiling Water
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 4 Whole Cloves
  • Pinch of Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Let mixture steep until everything is well mixed and aromatic. Filter out the cinnamon, allspice, and cloves. Bottle and refrigerate.

Thyme Simple Syrup

  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 5 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme

 

 

Combine water and sugar until thoroughly mixed. Add thyme and let mixture steep until everything is well mixed and aromatic. Bottle and refrigerate.

Ginger Lemon Simple Syrup

  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1″ Peeled Fresh Ginger
  • Rind From 1 Whole Lemon

 

Combine water and sugar until thoroughly mixed. Add ginger and lemon rind and let mixture steep until everything is well mixed and aromatic. Bottle and refrigerate.
